Richard Ornstein

Richard began his career in residential property in 2003 in Hertfordshire before moving into the North West London market in 2008.

Over the past two decades he has built extensive experience in the industry, progressing through the ranks with well-established local agencies across NW3, NW6 and W9. During this time, Richard has developed a strong reputation for in-depth market knowledge and negotiation skills, and he is known for his personable, professional approach to client service.

Richard prides himself on building long-term relationships with landlords, vendors and applicants alike, and much of his business has been built through repeat clients and personal recommendations developed throughout his career. His commitment to providing a straightforward, honest and results-driven service has made him a trusted advisor to many of his clients.

Richard has joined ADN Residential as a full-time Sales Associate, where he brings his extensive experience to further strengthen the firm’s growing sales offering.
