Fees to Landlords

Let Only

9% Of Agreed Rent + VAT – Sole Agency (10.8% inc VAT)

11% Of Agreed Rent + VAT – Multiple Agency (13.2% inc VAT)

Fees are payable for the full length of the tenancy, renewal fees will apply

Service Includes

  • Provide guidance on market rent
  • Professional pictures and floorplans
  • Marketing and advertising the property
  • Carrying out accompanied viewings
  • Sourcing a prospective tenant
  • Registering the deposit with the TDS
  • Collecting and remitting the holding deposit and initial monies after

The deduction of fees and any pre tenancy invoices

Full Management

15% Of Agreed Rent + VAT – Sole Agency (18% inc VAT)

17% Of Agreed Rent + VAT – Mul􀆟ple Agency (20.4% inc VAT)

Fees are payable for the full length of the tenancy, renewal fees will apply

Service Includes

  • Collecting and remittng the holding deposit and initial monies after the deduction of any fees and pre tenancy invoices due
  • Collecting and remitting rental payments received
  • Issue rent demands for non-payment of rent
  • Provide guidance of rent arrears action
  • Registering the deposit with the TDS
  • Arrange any statutory obligations or works as required and deduct payment from any float held or incoming rent received
  • Annual inspection of the property

Rent Collection

Short Term Tenancies (Periods less than 6 months)

20% Of Rent + VAT (24% inc VAT)

Additional Non-optional Fees and Charges (Irrespective of Level of Service)

Tenancy Agreement Fee – £180.00 (inc VAT)

Drawing up the tenancy agreement and issuing the appropriate paperwork.

Renewal Agreement Fee

£60.00 (inc VAT). Drawing up the renewal agreement and issuing the appropriate paperwork.

In line with the level of service fee percentage described. Payable on any renewal/extension of a tenancy whether as a new fixed term or a periodic tenancy, whether or not we act as your agent to nego􀆟ate on your behalf.

Referencing Fee

£36.00 (inc VAT) per Tenant or Guarantor. Processing the application and referencing (ASTs only).

Deposit Protection Fee

£48.00 (inc VAT) Per Annum. Registering landlord and tenant details and protecting the deposit with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (ASTs only).

Deposit transfer

£84.00 (inc VAT). For the transfer of a deposit to another party during the tenancy.

Serving a Section 21 (Form 6A)

£60.00 (inc VAT). To draw up and serve a Section 21 – Form 6A.

Additional Property Management Inspection

£84.00 (inc VAT)

Court attendance

£180.00 (inc VAT) per hour

By agreement only.

Overseas Funds Transfer Fee

£25.00 (inc VAT) per transfer.

CHAPS Transfer Fee

£15.00 (inc VAT) for a UK bank account.

We can also arrange:

  • Gas Safety Certificates
  • Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)
  • Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR)
  • Inventory Check in and Check out Reports
    • This is a detailed report of the interior of the property and is in place to protect you and your property. It can prevent or resolve any disputes at the end of a tenancy between the landlord and tenant.
