Since the start of his career in 2004, ADN Residential’s founder Adam Nachman has over two decades experience in the property industry. He has an exceptional reputation based on integrity, trust, professionalism, and a commitment to hard work. Adam specialises in the northwest London area and has been based in Hampstead since 2014.

Adam has always thrived off the buzz of closing a deal, but his passion for property has expanded over the years, to include Project Management and Design & Build, with a number of exceptional projects under his belt. He appreciates that the property landscape is changing, and today’s clients need a more personalised service. Creating this type of boutique property agency is something Adam believes his buyers and sellers are looking for.

ADN is offering driven industry professionals the ability to be fully self-employed and run their own business, complete with the full support of the company and the option to work from a beautiful office space in Hampstead Village. At ADN we offer a highly competitive commission structure as well as a huge amount of in-house support, including social media advertising, canvassing, high quality marketing materials, tenancy progression, compliance, and access to all the main property portals and industry-standard software. Our brokers are also provided with opportunities to sell or rent ADN’s company stock and to collaborate with their co-brokers.

We are typically looking to take on agents with a minimum of five years’ experience, however we will consider all candidates with a strong property-related background and personal client database.
